Abstract: The present study was performed to compare the effect of green synthesized zerovalent iron (nZVI) and iron oxide (nIO) nanoparticles on mortality rate, bioaccumulation and oxidative stress biomarkers in Litopenaeus vannamei, in vitro. The investigation on toxicity assessment revealed that the nZVI cause high mortality even at low concentration compared to nIO. The results on oxidative stress biomarker enzymes and bioaccumulation demonstrated statistically significant variations, between the nanoparticles, with the increase of concentration and exposure time.
