Abstract: Formulation and evaluation of floating pulsatile drug delivery system for chronotherapy of hypertension. It is aimed to modulate the pulsatile release profile from time lagged coating using single or a combination of rupturable and erodible polymer. To prepare enalapril maleate core tablets by wet granulation method. To prepare press coated pulsatile tablets by direct compression method.
