Folk Medicine of Garhwa District, Jharkhand, India (Research Article)

Abstract: An account of traditional uses of 25 species of angiosperms from Garhwa district, Jharkhand is reported in this paper. The report is an outcome of ethnobotanical survey of 5 villages amoung 4 tribal communities (Oraon, Kharwar, Parhaiya, Korwa) and collective data of common name, used plant part, diseases, ethnomedicinal uses and community groups.
