Abstract: Nanostructures, a rapidly evolving class of materials, have created significant interest due to their wide range of applications. The physical properties of nanoparticles include size, crystal structure, composition of elements, and many others have been described using a wide variety of methods. Certain physical properties can be analyzed using several approaches in various situations. Through the integration of these varied analytical instruments, researchers acquire a thorough comprehension of the structure, surface characteristics, and behavior of nanoparticles.
