Abstract: Fingerprinting marker techniques in analytical tools involve the use of unique identifiers to characterize and analyse substances, materials, or processes. These markers act as specific indicators that allow for the precise identification and tracking of samples across various applications, such as forensic analysis, environmental monitoring, and quality control in manufacturing. In analytical tools, fingerprinting can be achieved through different methods such as chromatographic analysis, spectroscopic techniques, or DNA profiling. These methods generate a distinctive "fingerprint" that aids in comparison, classification, and differentiation of samples based on their molecular or physical properties. The use of fingerprinting markers improves accuracy and efficiency in data analysis, enabling researchers to detect anomalies, verify identities, and assess the integrity of substances. The implementation of these techniques continues to expand in fields like criminal justice, food safety, and medical diagnostics.
